Carol Strauss, age, 80 died on Saturday, April 19, 2025.  She was born October 19, 1944 in Jersey City, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Michael and the late Mary (Swollow) Romaniak.

She is survived by her husband, Dewey Strauss, one son, Kenneth Strauss, one sister, Joan Beck and husband William, she is also survived by 2 grandchildren Michael Strauss and Cassidy Strauss.

Calling hours will be Monday, April 28 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at Cochran Funeral Home with a funeral service starting at 7:30pm.  Burial will be Tuesday April 29, 2025 at Pequest Union Cemetery, 30 Cemetery Road, Great Meadows NJ 07838 at 11:00am.
