March 9, 2023 at 3:51 pmDear Wilcox family
I remember the days at Williams & Hibler when Charlie was Superintendent at Towpath, he was a always a gentleman, and to the point he could call me on a Sunday ( We closed Sundays) in need of salt for the roads & I would drop what I was doing and run up open up and load him up.
This is a testament to the kind of man he was, and you never felt like he was over stepping a relationship.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing, and pray the LORD will comfort You all as only HE can.
In Christ Alone
