Jeffrey Becker, 53, of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away peacefully March 21, 2023.
He was a beloved son, brother, and uncle. Jeffrey is survived by his father, Alan Becker and his wife, Bernice; his mother, Loretta Becker; his brother, Alan Becker and his wife, Frances; his sister Sandra Meyer and her husband, John; his nieces and nephews; his partner Michelle Hvam, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who Jeffrey loved tremendously.
Jeffrey had a lifelong appreciation of music, which was evident in his love for playing the drums and listening to his favorite artists. His music collection was extensive, and he loved nothing more than sharing his favorite songs and going to concerts. Those who knew Jeffrey best will always remember his wonderful sense of humor. He had a unique ability to make everyone smile, even in the toughest of times. His infectious laugh and quick wit brought joy and happiness to those around him.
Jeffrey’s passing is a great loss to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Though we lost contact with each other over the years, I will always remember Jeff as a good friend. I’m so sorry for your loss. Jeff was one of my first friends when I moved to NJ in 7th grade. We went to many concerts together during our teenage years and had a blast. He was in his element at a rock concert. We were good friends through high school. I left the area and hadn’t seen him in a while., but I will always remember the fun we had in our youth and his optimism about life. I will miss him.

March 25, 2023 at 9:40 pmJeff Becker was the kinda friend who let his best friends stay over. He always had food and beverages for those who were in his presence. His gift for playing drums and other musical instruments were always a joy. Jeff had some amazing short liners and very witty. If anyone deserved a chance to rock the stages internationally, Becker was the one who would come to mine. He adored his high school classmates. Always laughing about the good times. He talked fondly about his family. My condolences to his family and friends. His voice was unique and distinct. Thanks to his father for always having a Panther Valley home for his classmates to spend time out and watch him play the drums in the basement. Best to all of you.

Lost touch with him when I went to high school but recently reconnected. It was great to hear his voice again. So sorry for your loss. I will miss him also.

He was also a treasured friend, and we knew we up in for an adventure every time he was with us. I cannot imagine my childhood without him. I will miss him, and when I do, I’ll just turn up the volume a notch or two; and think about the music we discovered together, and the so many times, and hysteric laughter we shared. We had some amazing discussions and always enjoyed joking about our ideas for Sitcom’s. His one about the hardware store was Top-Notch.. Not sure, how I came across this but please know he will be missed and I know he is laughing and joking away in Heaven. See ya Pal!
