I worked with Charlie when he taught my boys at Central. He managed to make science a truly fascinating subject. I can still remember the day he had the entire class so excited learning the laws of static electricity. What a crazy hair day that was! I am so very sorry to hear of his passing.

Sincerest sympathy for the Almer Family…so sorry to hear of his passing. I worked with Charlie at Central School and he taught all 3 of my boys when they attended school there. He was very fond of my homemade Apple Butter and Strawberry and/or Peach Jam that the boys would give him at Christmas. Always enjoyed hearing about his vacations, family, and interests. Charlie was a respected colleague and friend.
