Joan E. Brown age 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Joan was born on January 15, 1934 in Bronx, New York. She lived in Newark, New Jersey then moved to Hackettstown, and was a resident of Hackettstown for over 50 years.
Joan enjoyed gardening, reading, going to the library, volunteering, and loved all animals.
She is survived by her beloved husband, John Brown, one Niece, Ellen Mullery, one great niece, Meghan Suarez, one great-great niece, Jessica Suarez, and one great-great nephew, Dylan Suarez. She was pre deceased by her mother, Isabelle Zannigan and one son, Stanley Suchdolski.
A private visitation will be held on Thursday May 18, 2023 at Cochran Funeral Home. The internment will follow immediately after the private visitation at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Cemetery, 350 Province Road, Wrightstown NJ 08562.
