Byron, Robert N. August 23, 1981 - December 26, 2020

Robert (Rob) N. Byron Jr. Passed away at Newton Memorial Hospital at the age of thirty nine. Robert is survived by; his mother, Denise Byron, of Hardwick, NJ, his brother ,Michael Kubicki, his wife Kristin and niece Jenna, of Ramsey, NJ, and his grandmother, Marjorie R. Williams,  aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert N. Byron Sr., of Budd Lake, NJ.

Robert was born on August 23rd 1981 in Hackettstown, NJ. Robert attended Mt. Olive High School. He lived in South Carolina for four years. Robert worked in the beverage industry as a salesman.

Robert grew up as a happy kid, free in spirit, and always had a smile on his face. Robert was a talented football player and a star. Robert ran track and loved ice hockey. He made many friends and was known for his big heart. Those that didn’t get to know Robert really missed out.

A good way to describe Robert is that he was an affiliator, the kind of person that connects family and friends. Robert chose to live in the moment exactly how he wanted to. Most people would say that living to be thirty nine is a short life. That’s not the case with Robert because he did a lot in a short amount of time and he touched so many hearts.

Robert is not a person that will be easily forgotten. The great ones always seem to have short lives. Robert will be dearly missed. May He Rest in Peace.  A Graveside services will be at Stanhope Union Cemetery at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, December 30th 2020.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. 07840.  Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.cochranfuneral.com/ Donations can be made to Gofundme https://gofund.me/8a6b9647

Robert had a heart of gold. He not only was beautiful and passionate, but he had a crazy, fun, awesome humor. He loved music as it soothed his soul. He was honest, and caring and there’s so many memories about this great, handsome man I could share, but I think I’ll kero it to myself and his beautiful mom Denise. But I will say,, he always said green eyes in his own way. Love ya Rob. See you in heaven.
