It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eileen, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, partner, mother-in-law and friend to all who were lucky enough to know her, on October 31^st, 2021.

Eileen was born in Brooklyn in 1947, and although she lived in New Jersey for more than half her life, she still considered herself a “Brooklyn Girl”.  She was a wonderful mother and homemaker and worked as a customer service representative before she retired.  Famous for her chocolate chip cookies, apple pie and grape juice ice pops, she was also “Mamma Core” to all of her children’s friends as her house was always open to all.

In addition to being a fantastic baker, she loved to dance and garden, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  Her grandchildren could not have asked for a better grandma.  She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her children, Kristen and Jason and his wife Michele, her grandchildren Logan, Kyle, Ashley and Evan, her brother Dennis and his wife Rosemary and her Ed.

A celebration of her life will be held at Cochran Funeral home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ on Monday, November 8^th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
