Corriveau, Krystina Lyn November 24, 2002 - May 16, 2021

A beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, Krystina Lyn Corriveau left this world unexpectedly on May 16th, 2021 at 18 years old. Born in Newton, NJ on November 24th, 2002 to Donald and Catherine (Polowy) Corriveau.

Krystina grew up in Hardwick, NJ and attended North Warren Regional High School, where she was a senior. Krystina was a loving and compassionate person, who loved to be surrounded by her pets, family, and friends. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul and a laugh that can still be heard by those who loved her.

Krystina worked at the local Dunkin’ Donuts in Hope, NJ and was planning on pursuing a Dental Hygienist degree at Bergen County Community College in the fall. The relationship she had with her immediate family was inseparable.

She was predeceased in death by her maternal grandparents, Florence and Andrew Polowy Sr. of Allamuchy, NJ, as well as her paternal grandparents, Eileen Hull and Raymond Corriveau Sr. of St. Petersburg, FL.

She is survived by her loving parents Donald and Catherine (Polowy) Corriveau, sisters Kimberly Corriveau and Erica Verstraete, brother-in-law Theo and beautiful niece Juliette Verstraete. She was also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in her large extended family.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 19 from 2 pm 8 pm at The Evangelical Free Church of Blairstown, 11 Lambert Road, Blairstown, NJ 07825

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 20 at Sts. Peter And Paul R.C. Church, 360 US Hwy 46, Great Meadows, NJ with Rev. Grzegorz “Greg” Podsiadlo officiating.  Burial will be private.

In lieu of donations or flowers please consider donating to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Greater New Jersey in memory of Krystina Lyn Corriveau.
