William Dillon, age 57, of Hackettstown died Saturday, February 20, 2021 at home.  William was born July 23, 1963 in North Arlington, NJ to the late John E. and Domenica M. (Pollari) Dillon.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Dillon.

He was employed by Warren George, 1 Jersey Avenue, Jersey City, NJ as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for the past 30 years.  Bill was an avid gearhead, he loved automobiles.  He was hardworking man who was a devoted husband and father.

He is survived by his loving wife: Patricia (Haas) Dillon, his children, Christopher Dillon, Steven Dillon and fiancé Lauren Davis, Ashley and Matthew Dillon, a brother, John Dillon and wife Dana, a sister, Patricia “Trish” Baffuto and 4 nieces and nephews, Connor, Brianna, Jenna and John.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Mountain Church, Long Valley on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11 am.  Those wishing to attend please wear your mask and social distance.
