Jaime, I am so sad you are gone. We have had so many memories together and I wish we could of had more. From the times driving to TJU to test samples to recently covid screening, it’s been almost 10 years. You were brilliant and the main reason I came back to.work. I loved our conversations and sushi lunches and don’t forget jose tejas fish tacos. I hope you are with me in spirit and at peace . I was so lucky to have met you. You were an awesome boss/coworker. Memories will always be cherished and remembered !

My thoughts and prayers are with Jaime’s family and his extended family of AA. You were such an important part of our Community. It is so tragic to see our friends pass when we know there are answers to our pain. You sounded so happy the last time we talked just weeks ago, you shared about your children and how proud you are of them. That is how I will remember you, Jaime. I love you and will remember our conversations and time together fondly~

    Jaime,
Its so sad to say goodbye to you. I am glad however that in one of our last conversations, I spoke about you helped me, gave me opportunities and sparked interest in aspects of science that I had no idea were possible. I said it to you then and I will say it again, if it werent for you, I wouldnt be where I am today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You were a kind and brilliant soul. Im sad to say goodbye but proud to have known you and believe you will be with all of us who loved you in spirit.

Dear Dad, though I didn’t know you for long, the time I did know you was awesome. You were an amazing father, no matter how long I knew you. I know I have a late condolence, but I’m happy I was able to have one. I do wish I could’ve known you for longer, but things happened that I could not change. Sadly, I can’t even remember your face or anything about you, except the fact that you were a great dad. Seeing this filled the gap in my heart that had been missing all along. Even if I don’t remember you, I hope you still remember 2-year-old me, wherever you are.

    Miss you,
    Your daughter, Elynna

Cousin, I just now found this obituary. I love you so much! You are such a big part of my childhood when it was innocent and beautiful. I am so happy I got to speak with you shortly before you left. I am so happy you found peace for yourself and became the person you wanted to be. I think of you often. You are in my heart always. If you see my Dad, tell him how much I love him. I will see you if I can. Love, Little Heather
