Kenneth Gordon Farrell
9/7/31-3/21/2024
Kenny passed away on March 21, 2024, peacefully at his Assisted Living Facility in Palm Bay, FL, amongst his friends and his dedicated and loving Caretaker, Sharon. Kenny was born in Jersey City, September 7, 1931.
Kenny was Sgt “23” Farrell of Hackettstown Police Department, employed from 1967-1991, Hackettstown Volunteer Firefighter, from 1967-1991, and a proud US Navy Veteran. He was a pillar to our community. Kenny retired in 1991 and relocated to Florida.
He was a wonderful and dedicated husband to the late Audrey Farrell, survived by 2 children, his son, Kenneth Farrell, (and his wife Debbie Barney Farrell). his daughter, Deborah Farrell Leach, (and her husband David B Leach), his grandson, Michael Farrell, (and his wife Kathy) and his 2 great granddaughters, Sophia and Sadie Farrell. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ullysses Suarez and his daughter Saydee, Cameron Suarez and his wife Tracy, their children, Camryn and Cooper, Brian Leach, Sara Leach, Vito Leach, Crystal Colditz and her son, Lucas.
A memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8:30 pm with Chaplin Mario Spadaro officiating.
