Carol A. Frustieri, 79, of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 18, 2026. She was born April 18, 1946, in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late George and Anna (Hurtuk) McLaughlin. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James Frustieri.

She is survived by her three children: James Frustieri Jr. of Hazleton, PA, wife Margaret M. (Maggie) Kirchner (deceased 2022), Timothy Frustieri of Hackettstown, NJ, Lorraine Donnelly and husband Brendan of Bethlehem, PA. She had five grandchildren: Jennifer Frustieri, Jessica Buehrer, Taryn Berry husband Kevin, Colleen Donnelly, and James Donnelly, two great grandchildren, Autumn and Henry Buehrer. Survived by her brother George McLaughlin Jr.

Carol graduated from Lyndhurst High School. With husband James moved to Hackettstown, NJ and resided there for 59 years.

She served as a manager with Wells Fargo Bank for 30 years and was known by all for her kindness and generous spirit.

She was a long-time member of St. Theodore Roman Catholic Church in Port Murray, NJ. She loved to travel, gardening and adored her cats.
