The family of Susan Twilley Ludwig are saddened to announce her passing on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the age of 71 years.

Susan was born November 1, 1954, in Morristown New Jersey. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert Twilley and Grace Godfrey Twilley as well as her brother Robert Twilley, Jr.

Susan grew up in Denville, NJ. She spent many years in Butler, NJ where she raised her family.   Susan spent the last 8 years at Warren Haven Nursing Home. Susan will be remembered as a vivacious woman and a great conversationalist. She made friends everywhere she went.  She enjoyed pet therapy sessions in her final years and had many cats and dogs over her lifetime that brought her so much joy.  She was a wonderful woman and will be remembered and missed greatly.

Susan is survived by her beloved son Christopher Ludwig and his wife Denise, two grandchildren, Sophia and Nicholas, and her brother Norman and his partner, Wayne as well as many other family members and friends who had a meaningful presence in her life.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home in Hackettstown, NJ. Services will be private, but we do appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
