Michael Robert Deering, 65, of Hackettstown, NJ, died at home on February 4, 2022. Michael was born in North Kingston, RI and grew up in Midland Park, NJ. He lived in various NJ towns
before settling in Hackettstown, NJ, home of some of his favorite fishing spots.
He is predeceased by his beloved mother, Marion Deering. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Lucy and their three children, Michelle, Michael, and Melanie, all of Hackettstown, NJ. He

August 16, 2024 at 8:27 pmMike worked for me on a part time basis programming in VB6.0 on and off for many years. Some of his coding legacy lives on in our industrial machinery. I was reminded today of his expertise as I was sifting through 30,000 lines of code and noticed the remarks he left behind in 2010 for me to follow in his footsteps. Thank you for being so diligent with your work and providing good output for me and my customers. You will be missed. Rest in peace.
