Delmar A Paul, age 73, of Stanhope, NJ died Monday, February 15, 2021 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. Delmar was born February 1, 1948 in Miami, FL. He is the son of the late William Hoagland and the late Marilyn (Chamberlin) Paul.
