Rossi, Ian Christopher July 15, 1996 - December 13, 2022

Ian Christopher Rossi, age 26, of Hackettstown died Tuesday, December 13, 2022.  Ian was born July 15, 1996 in Morristown, NJ. He is the son of Todd Harvey and Lynn M. (Torres) Rossi.

Ian was apprenticing with a tree service at the time of is passing.  In addition, Ian earned a scholarship to Woodward Professional Skate Boarding School, he had a deep love of skateboarding.  He was an avid fisherman, fishing with his friends gave him joy and a sense of peace.  He loved children and in his spare time he would teach them how to skateboard.  He enjoyed watching Rick and Morty and Bob’s Burgers with his mom, snowboarding and swimming when he had the chance, listening to music and spending time with his many friends.

He is survived by his mother, mother Lynn M. (Torres) Rossi, his father, Todd Harvey, his sister, Crystal Rossi, his maternal grandfather, Kevin Malcolm, his paternal grandmother, Margie Harvey, an aunt, Noel Torres and husband Adam Portner, his niece and nephew, Rachael Grace Figueroa, Joel Figueroa, cousins, Megan, Jessie, Kim, Lisa, Heather and Robert, two great nieces and two great nephews.

Cremation was private and arrangements are under the direction of the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840

A memorial service will be held  at Trinity Methodist Church Main Street Hackettstown, on Saturday January 7th between 1-2pm, with a gathering afterward also at Trinity United Methodist Church, Main Street, Hackettstown, NJ.
