Susan, I will always remember your laughter and smile, our team chats, pot luck celebrations and those amazing cakes you used to bring in (I think your sister made). Your sense of humor and jokes lifted our spirits. Despite whatever you were going through, you always laughed and smiled through it and were kind; THAT is what i will remember you for…and you resilient spirit!!! Before we transitioned to work from home you spoke so fondly of your children and lit up every time you talked about becoming a grandma; now you are their guardian angel. I’m so sorry your physical journey here on earth ended sooner than expected, but I believe your spirit journey is full of all the love, peace and comfort you deserve. You live on in the hearts and minds of all who were blessed to know you. May God rest your beautiful soul. My deepest sympathies to your friends, team and family. Sincerely, Alyssa McNally

Here’s a poem I thought was very loving for Susan:
“They say there is a Reason, They say time will heal. Neither time or Reason will change the way we feel. Gone are the days we used to share But in heart you are always there. The gates of MEMORIES will never close. I miss you more than anyone knows. LOVE & MISS you everyday till we meet again.. WE MISS YOU SUSAN

Wow, reading through so many condolences and seeing how many lives she touched is amazing and a blessing. I have known Sue for a very long time and am cursed by living far away now and losing touch with such a wonderful gal. Knew her from her HHS days, that and she lived a stones throw away. Saw her through her highs & lows, was the Best Man at her wedding and recall with sadness when her mom died. And people are right, she did display much resilience and pluck towards what life threw at her. She will be greatly missed. May God accept her soul and comfort those who knew her.
