Storm, Ralph Earl January 26, 1935 - May 14, 2022

Ralph Earl Storm, 87, of Hackettstown, New Jersey, passed away on May 14th at Kindred Hospital from health complications.

Ralph is predeceased by his parents and sister, Vera Heckman.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Rosemary. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother, John (Wife – Helen), his daughter, Rhonda (Husband – Colin Dray), his two grandchildren, Colin (Wife – Megan) and Brittany, and two great-grandchildren.

Ralph was born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania on January 26th, 1935, to Earl and Elizabeth (Fruchety) Storm. During his younger years, Ralph worked for the Brugler farm where he met his wife, Rosemary. Ralph went on to pursue an opportunity at the Mars company in Hackettstown, New Jersey where he worked for 32 years.

Ralph was a devoted family man and avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing (Life member of the N.R.A, Bass Masters, North American Hunting, and Fishing Club). He loved traveling coast to coast in his camper with family in tow (Member of Coast-to-Coast Travel America and The Good Sam Club). When he wasn’t camping in his RV, he enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Sparrow Bush, NY at the Cahoonzie Club. Ralph was also dedicated to his spirituality and community. He was an active member at the Drakestown Methodist Church, American Legion #161, Valley of North New Jersey 32nd Degree Freemasonry, and Masonic Lodge (#36) of Mansfield, New Jersey. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 10;00 am -12:00 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 23rd at Cochran’s Funeral Home on High Street in Hackettstown. Minster John Callanan will officiate. Burial will take place at Tranquility Cemetery following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Drakestown United Methodist Church. http://www.drakestownchurch.com, 6 Church Road, Hackettstown NJ 07840 in memory of Ralph.
