Tynan, Jr. Norman P. June 29, 1940 - March 6, 2022

Norman P. Tynan, Jr., 81 of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away in Hackettstown, NJ on Sunday, March 6, 2022. Born in Hackettstown, NJ on June 29, 1940, Norman was the son of the late Norman & Mildred Smith Tynan, Sr. Norman was married to the love of his life Danuta “Donna” Tynan who sadly passed away in 2015.

Norman worked for the Elastimold Corporation of Hackettstown for many years as a foreman retiring years ago. Since his retirement, Norman has enjoyed his passion for Arts & Crafts as well as other artistic endeavors. As a young adult, Norman proudly served in the New Jersey National Guard.

Mr. Tynan is survived by his son: Norman Tynan, III and his wife Carla of Lancaster, NY and their children Collin, Caden & Ariella. Son: Darren Tynan of Hackettstown, NJ. One daughter: Sandra Tynan of Hackettstown, NJ. In addition, he is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 4:00 pm  to 8:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ. The funeral will take place on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in the Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ.
