January 25, 2021 at 10:49 pmDear Stuber Family
My Wife Robin and I were saddened to hear of Mr. Stuber’s Tour of Duty on this side of the veil coming to an end we take full comfort that the LORD never Issues HIS Order to Report Home Prematurely, and know we will meet again.
Still the sting of separation is real and We commit You all to Our FATHER in Heaven, Through Christ Jesus our LORD to provide the Comfort HE alone can.
May The LORD Bless You all in this difficult hour.

January 25, 2021 at 11:45 pmAlmost 60 years ago our family moved to Hackettstown and mom and dad became lifelong friends with Walter and his first wife Barbara. There are SO MANY things in my life tied to him, beginning with singing in the choir at the old First Presbyterian Church, his introducing us to Camp Susque, teaching Sunday School to our six children, small group at our house with his guitar – the list goes on and on. And for me personally, he stepped in at American Christian School during a trying time and moved things forward so smoothly. Having moved away 21 years ago, our memories now are of Christmas visits and summer time stops – even mom and dad’s 50th anniversary party was in the Stuber’s backyard. One could go on and on and on – because the grace with which they lived their lives was bestowed on them from above. Thank you so much Mr Stuber, and my prayers are with the entire Stuber family at this time.

January 26, 2021 at 5:45 amMy sincerest condolences to the family. Mr. Stuber was a friend of my parents, Herb and Orphan Knecht. He was also their insurance man and then mine and my husbands until we all moved away in 1970. When we married he gave us a Bible, which had a great influence in my life. I have thought of him often over the years. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing.

February 1, 2021 at 5:03 pmDear Debbie, David, Daniel, Jonathan and family, Please accept our sincere sympathy for the passing into heaven of your Dad Walter. Walter and Barbara were dear friends of ours since the formation of what is now Emmanuel Bible Church at Schooley’s Mountain, as well as our involvement in the First Presbyterian Church in Hackettstown. We have directly experienced his love for Jesus Christ, and his love for the church both at Emmanuel and Covenant. We are thankful that we experienced our Lord with him. We will miss him both at church and at Stuber Insurance Agency. Richard and Susan Lecher
