    Dear Welsh Family
My Wife Robin and I were very sorry to hear of William’s passing, and indeed Hackettstown has lost a man of many gifts, and a true Treasure. From His Military Service to our Country, to serving in the Hackettstown Fire Dept Fire Police, to his Service to other Hackettstown Organizations
and His second profession as a Barber at Jacks Scissor Wiz. But perhaps his greatest gift to our Community was His playing Santa for decades, and all the smiles and joy He gave to the Children and their Parents.
Though this honest testimony is rightly glowing, I fear it still won’t ease the sting of His passing, and we pray the LORD will comfort you all as only HE can.
    GOD Bless

My deepest sympathies. I enjoyed Bill’s conversations during our barber visits; he sure knew how to cut a proper flat top. He was conscientious in both word and deed. He is now in God’s hand.
