Vincent Bauer, age 93, of Hackettstown died Friday, December 31, 2021 at home in Hackettstown.  Vincent was born December 31, 1928 in Queens, NY. He is the son of the late Harold and the late Helen (Casper) Bauer.  He married Late Orajane Haddock.

Vinny and OraJane were married December 10,1950. Vinny retired at an early age, Spent many years boating on the Hudson River. Moved to the Villages Retirement Community for 10 wonderful years. He was a semi-professional bowler all his life with several perfect games of 300!   He took care of his loving wife for many years before her passing in February 2020!  He served in the Army during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953.

He is survived by his children, Wayne Bauer (spouse Donna), Diane Baldini (spouse Mike), Audrey Margolin (spouse Chris deceased).   Grandchildren- T.J. Margolin (spouse Natalie). Jay Margolin (spouse Melissa). Great grandchildren- Tyler, Alyssa, Arianna, Cameron, Chase & Caden!

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. with Father Antony Arockiadoss officiating.  Burial will be in Stanhope Union Cemetery, immediately after the service.
