Donna Brennan, 62 years old, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 17, 2026. She passed peacefully in her home in Oxford, NJ.
While we deeply feel her absence, we know she is completely restored and wrapped in the arms of Jesus. Born on February 23, 1964 in Pompton Plains, NJ, Donna grew up in Lincoln Park and Lake Stockholm and graduated from Jefferson Township High School in 1983. She lived a life rooted in faith, joy, and compassion, spreading kindness to everyone she met.
Donna spent 3 years working as a secretary at Picatinny Arsenal but ultimately resigned after starting her family. Her greatest joys in life were her family and children. Donna was deeply passionate about animals, her family, and loved the Lord. Throughout her life, Donna was a faithful follower of God who rooted her life in scripture. Her favorite verse was Hebrews 13:5: “Never will I leave you, nor will I forsake you.” Even as her memories faded, we rest in the comfort that her Lord never forgot her and held her through it all.
She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith, kindness, and grace. Along with many other dear friends and family members, Donna is survived by her father, Joseph Roach; husband, Thomas Brennan; her children and grandchild; and her sisters, Diane Hanson, Michele Moran, and Joanne Roach. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Roach.
A visitation will be held on May 26, 2026 from 1PM–4PM at Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown, NJ. A memorial service will immediately follow from 5PM–6PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090 in memory of Donna.
