Margaret A. Konnecke, Age 87, died May 21, 2023 at Morristown Post-Acute Hospice, Morristown, NJ. Margaret was born on September 11, 1935 to the late Harry Thomas and Stella Mae (Allen) Nunn. In addition to her parents Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Herman Konnecke and her brother and four sisters.
Margaret was an avid photographer, enjoyed crocheting, cooking for the family as well as canning. She was a former member of the Fairmount Presbyterian Church.
Margaret is survived by her three loving sons, Herman W. Konnecke and his wife Sue, Kenneth Konnecke, Martin Konnecke and his wife Wendy, her two cherished daughters, Faith Garnett and husband Mark, Hope Merkel and husband Eric, eight grandchildren, Donna, Nick, Pete, Sarah, Stephanie, Samantha, Zack and Michelle and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 4- 8 pm.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 10 am with Rev. Mario Spadaro officiating. Burial will be held at Union Cemetery, Hackettstown following services.
