Alice M Phoebus, age 99, of Hackettstown died Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Phoebus was born March 29, 1927 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Abraham and Minnie (Brodowsky) Baltersby.

Burial will be in Lower Valley Union Cemetery, Califon on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
