Jeffrey Charles Schweitzer, age 62, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2022. He is the son of the late Richard Schweitzer Jr. and Eleanor Schweitzer.

He is survived by his brother, Richard G. Schweitzer of Wallkill, NY, son Jeffrey Schweitzer of Belvidere, NJ, and nieces Jennifer Rae Taylor of Hackettstown, NJ, Courtney Wagner, Amy Schweitzer, and Dawn Schweitzer all of Walden, NY and Katherine Schweitzer of Scarborough, ME.

Jeffrey was born in Passaic, NJ, and grew up in Rockaway, NJ where he attended Morris Hills High School. He worked at Tilcon New York, Inc. in Mount Hope NJ where he was a Production Supervisor. He loved fishing and riding his Harley Davidson. He would do anything for his family, friends, and community. He made everyone who knew him laugh at all the stories he shared. Our family is grateful to know that Jeffrey is finally at peace.

Visitation will be held at Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown, NJ on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 4:00-8:00 pm, all are welcome.  Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 15, 2022,at 11:00 am at the Cochran Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ following the service.
