Ohana means Family. Family means no one is left behind or forgotten. And though we are currently separated, none of this Family will ever forget Tracy.

Tracy Ann Fazekas, 55, of Washington NJ, departed the physical world surrounded by family on Saturday, August 29, 2026, after battling cancer for over two years.  She played many roles over the years, from the musicals of her high school days, to becoming a paralegal, to raising a daughter, to helping to build a landscaping business, to being president of the bowling league.  While her biological family was relatively small, she gathered many other people during her lifetime, as her extended family, her Ohana.

Tracy joins in heaven her mother, Nancy Lee (Burr) Fazekas; her other mother, Joan Elaine (Gorman) Fischer and her uncle Eugene Burr.  She is survived by her daughter, Taylor Fabian of Washington, NJ; her sisters Michele Yackowski of Cinnaminson, NJ and Joanne Fazekas of Washington, NJ; her brother-in-law John Yackowski of Cinnaminson; her aunt Maxine Feintuch of Piscataway; her nephew Michael Allen, niece Victoria Britton and great niece Morgan Allen of Moorestown, NJ; her dog, Teddy; various cousins, as well as all those in her large extended family.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 from 5-8pm, with a Memorial Service beginning at 6:30, at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
