Shawne Colleen Davis, 56, of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away in the arms of her loving husband on April 16th, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. 

Shawne was the daughter of the late Joseph W. DeWolf, Jr. and the late Patricia Mackey DeWolf. She spent her early years in upstate New York, then moved to New Jersey and graduated from Morris Knolls High School in Denville. Following high school, she worked as an administrative assistant at various companies, including Pitney Bowes, Pfizer, and Zoetis. She met the love of her life, Justin Davis, in 1991. They married in 1997 and shared over 35 years together. 

Shawne loved trying new things, whether food, travel, or crafts, and enjoyed them most of all when shared with friends. More than anything else, she loved her family and her cats, Whacko and Tai. She was a true force of nature who will be remembered for her strength in facing life’s hardships.

She is survived by her husband, Justin, her son Garrett (Kimberly Su), her sister and brother in law, Lori Anne and Rich Bennett, her niece and nephews, Katelynn, Kevin (Heather Mowry), and Timothy (Diana Tuck), and her aunt and uncle, Jane and William Mahar. She was predeceased by both of her parents.

Services will be at the Cochran Funeral Home in Hackettstown, NJ, on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 between 11-1. Internment will be at Union Cemetery in Hackettstown following the service.
