Arlene was a dear friend of the Paul Mulvihill family on Mine Hill Rd. She visited Carson City, Nevada to see Paul and Anna Mulvihill in the 1990’s and, as usual, a wonderful, happy visit for all. God’s blessings for her and her family. Terry Mulvihill Rucker
